Lakeland Restaurants: Bonefish Grill

If you’re looking for a good chain seafood establishment, Lakeland, FL restaurants come in two varieties: Red Lobster and Bonefish Grill. If you’ve already had Red Lobster this month and want to spend a little more for a higher quality piece of fish, you might consider heading over to Bonefish. While perhaps not comparable to a truly upscale seafood restaurant, Bonefish is a cut above the typical family dining chain. The severs at Bonefish Grill are usually very knowledgeable about the menu and can assist you making an excellent choice.

While Bonefish offers an alternative to Red Lobster in terms of atmosphere, you need not expect to pay exorbitant prices for the privilege. Prices on the menu are very reasonable and there’s little reason why a couple of people can’t get a good meal for under $40. Of course, if you want to spend money, all you have to do is look for those magic words “Market Price” on the menu. Bonefish also offers a fine assortment of wines, beers, and liquor, which is another good way to boost the tab.

Bonefish has remained very popular since it opened several years ago. Even in the middle of the week, you can expect to wait a while before being seated should you arrive in the prime dinner hour. The Ledger reviewed the restaurant in October, 2012, which may have lent the eatery even more popularity than it had enjoyed before. Winner of the 2011 Zagat review of “Best Overall Chain Restaurant”, Bonefish Grill is one Lakeland, FL restaurant you have to try at least once.
